The examination of the Call Records generated when calls are made or received, or messages are sent and received, as well as the analysis of information recovered from the examination of mobile phone equipment, can assist in determining who was (or was not) using that equipment during a particular period of interest.

Years of experience in the examination of telephone data (mobile phone and landline records) for many hundreds of cases enables us to provide detailed and thorough investigations into the use of telecommunication devices in which mobile phone handsets and/or SIM cards have been, or need to be, attributed to a particular user.

We have developed techniques and bespoke software tools for Call Pattern and Mobile Phone Attribution purposes that enable our investigations to manage many tens of thousands of pages of telephone records, over years of telephone activity, and to provide simple, meaningful, and easy to understand reports and exhibits.

Investigations of this nature are of particular significance, and require experienced interpretation, in investigations relying solely on Cell Site Analysis or Mobile Phone Examinations because a mobile phone is a portable device that can be very easiliy shared by more than one user.
