Assistance can also be provided live at court to advise on the accuracy of other Expert testimonies, or evidence that has been served last minute.

Our methods of presenting evidence, depend on the type of hearing and the material to be presented. For example it could be appropriate to use an interactive electronic presentation to display topographical maps or timelines that are backed up with easy to read paper exhibits, or it may be more appropriate to display the item of equipment in dispute to demonstrate to the Court the product’s functionality or features.

We have the capability to produce visual aids in slide or in video form.
